On-site filtration and dewatering separation of lubricating oil vacuum oil filter


  Lubricant vacuum filter oil is mainly used for vacuum separation of oil and water. Oil and water are two kinds of incompatible liquids, but under certain conditions, stable or unstable emulsifiers will be formed in contact with water. Whether oil emulsifies or not and the degree of emulsification are mainly determined by the composition of oil, the purity of water and the nature of the composition, and also by the temperature and vibration of oil-water system.

  For example, when there are some surfactants (such as carboxylic acid derivatives) with both hydrophilic and hydrophilic groups in oil or water, they will associate together at appropriate temperature and concentration to form a dense monolayer in which water is enclosed. A large number of associations are evenly dispersed in the oil, forming an oil-in-water emulsion. Therefore, controlling the existence of surfactant in oil-water and destroying the dense monolayer of surfactant in water are the fundamental ways to prevent and resist the emulsification of two-phase coexisting system.

  Lubricating oil vacuum oil filter adopts four-stage filtering dehydration to remove gas and impurities. First, the oil to be treated is inhaled under vacuum negative pressure, and then preheated by stainless steel magnetic filter and nano-molecular filter. While the temperature is heated rapidly from low to high, the oil molecules begin to decompose and enter the third-stage coalescence vacuum oil-water separation filter. The filter adopts hydrophobic coalescence separation. The first decomposition of oil and water is carried out by the characteristics of the filter material. The larger water molecules are separated by the coalescing filter core and enter the water storage tank. The micro-water and oil molecules enter the vacuum sub-tank by the distributor, forming a short layer of film atomization. After the continuous operation of the reactor, a three-dimensional, multi-layer evaporation structure is formed in the tank. Through continuous circulation, the purpose of purification can be achieved. Finally, a filtration cycle is completed through the fourth-stage polymer filter element.
